If your credit card has expired (or is about to), you will receive an email from our cart provider with a link to update your information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Emails are sent 15 days prior to card expiration and again 5 days prior.
If you are changing to a new card or you do not receive the email, please CLICK HERE for access to your billing portal to enter your new card information. This will require the same email and password you use to access all your content.
For security reasons, please do not submit credit card or other sensitive information via a support ticket.
